so far is that the NA motor is already tuned pretty high. Think about it, stock 222 horse from a 3.0L V6. That's roughly equal to putting 375 out of a 5.0. If you took a 215hp 5.0 out of a mustang, put headers, pulley, exhaust, intake, gutted the cats, etc. there is NO way you would be at 375hp. I think what most people are looking at is the dollars per HP gain, which becomes exponentially more expensive as the hP increases. To increase the HP on a 375 hp 5.0 would be damned expensive, so would to increase significantly the HP on a 222hp 3.0.
